Our recruitment process

  • Job Posting

  • Application Review and Selection
    The recruitment team reviews applications and shortlists candidates who meet the requirements.

  • Phone Interview
    An initial informal interview is conducted to learn more about the candidate, clarify any details, and schedule the next phase if appropriate.

  • In-Person Interview
    Selected candidates are invited for an in-person meeting at Mira. During this interview, we will thoroughly review your application, and you will also have the opportunity to ask questions and confirm your interest in the position.

  • Psychometric / Skills Test
    Depending on the role, additional tests may be required to evaluate specific competencies.

  • Reference Check
    Professional references are contacted to validate the candidate’s experience and skills.
