Have a stone engraved
About the Mira Way
The Mira Way is made up of engraved stones at the heart of the park on our campus. Each stone celebrates the commitment and generosity of individuals who have significantly supported Mira, whether financially or through volunteer work, allowing their contributions to be permanently recognized.
A second section of the path is dedicated to dogs, giving people the opportunity to honor their canine companions.
Simon Beauregard: an inspiration for the path
The Mira Way was named in honor of Simon Beauregard, a former Mira beneficiary and employee who passed away in 2017. Blind since the age of eight, Simon dedicated nearly 15 years to training assistance dogs, including for children on the autism spectrum. His commitment improved the lives of many families and continues to inspire the path we follow today.
Building the Mira Path together, one gift at a time.
For each contribution of at least $600 (a tax receipt will be issued), an engraved stone is added:
In the first section: in the donor’s name;
In the second section: in memory of a pet.
