Leadership, expertise, and commitment: four inspiring women join Mira’s board of directors

Mira is proud to announce the appointment of Dominique Auger, Laurie Germain, Isabelle Lemay, and Nathalie Dubois to its board of directors.

With extensive experience in the health and social services network—including roles as director of programs for intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and physical disabilities at CISSS Montérégie-Est, executive director and secretary at the Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec, and director of rehabilitation at CHU Sainte-Justine—Dominique Auger brings invaluable expertise in clinical management, contributing to the development of Mira’s programs and the enhancement of services for beneficiaries.

Laurie Germain, vice-president of teams and culture at Germain Hotels, joins Mira at a strategic time as the organization actively invests in growth, evolution, and strengthening its services. Her extensive experience in human resources management and organizational culture development, combined with her innovative approach, will be key assets for Mira’s team.

Already passionate about Mira’s mission, Isabelle Lemay, president and CEO of SAIL and former CEO of Groupe Legault and COO of Mondou, brings strong expertise in management, finance, and retail. She will support Mira in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and the development of sustainable partnerships.

With a distinguished career at General Motors, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Desjardins, and Hydro-Québec, including more than seven years as vice-president of talent and culture, Nathalie Dubois has demonstrated her ability to transform organizations. Her work has encompassed human resources planning, skills development, and creating inclusive, motivating workplaces. Visionary and committed, she will leverage her expertise to support Mira’s growth and the impact of its mission for beneficiaries.

Their appointments reflect Mira’s commitment to surrounding itself with experienced professionals who can support the organization in achieving its mission and strategic objectives.

The foundation also wishes to express its deepest gratitude to Denis Mathieu, Yves Gougoux, François Grondin, Lucie Dumas, and Mélanie Valiquette for their commitment, availability, and invaluable contributions over the years.
