Notice of appointments – new members of the board of directors

Mira is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its board of directors.
Mira is pleased to announce the appointment of Josée Gagnon, Xavier Chartrand, and Michel Gagnon to its board of directors. Through the diversity and complementarity of their respective backgrounds, they will actively contribute to advancing the organization’s mission.

Josée Gagnon, vice president, legal affairs and corporate secretary at Nouveau Monde Graphite, brings extensive expertise in legal and corporate management, which will support Mira in evolving its organizational practices.

Xavier Chartrand, CPA auditor, is FP&A controller at EBC Inc. He has several years of experience in auditing and financial control, including at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton and KPMG. His expertise will be an important asset in ensuring the sound and rigorous management of Mira’s resources.

Michel Gagnon, vice president at the agency Substance, is an experienced executive with over 25 years in marketing, sales, and brand management. Having worked with La Presse, RDS, and La Cage, this strategic leader will bring his expertise to support Mira’s visibility and positioning.
